Thanks to the untimely death of Raitsu's parents, he's is currently the head of infamous illegal organization ShiJou. Having grown up with a family of killers, he's grown quite used to talk of murders and robberies as if it's just normal conversation. He was trained in marksmanship from the moment he was old enough to properly hold a gun.

He constantly spoils his younger half-brother Renoi with many gifts to make up for the guilt he feels about blaming him for being the main cause of the destruction of his parent marriage. And although Raitsu doesn't enjoy being the sole caretaker of his brother... he does love him.

♔ 「raitsuya」 Raitsu x Tatsuya
Tatsuya is his childhood best friend, and now that they're older they're still very close and Tatsuya is pretty much his right hand man in much of the leadership duties he has.

Raitsu has just about shoulder length, straight, silver hair with a single streak of black dyed into it and his long bangs are usually partly covering his black eyes. His closet is mostly filled with expensive designer clothes in shades of black and red.
