Shijou
A a story currently suffering from an identity crisis. XD It mainly centers on the members of ShiJou, my wonderful worldwide organization of 'guns-for-hire'. An all around organization of criminals; specializing in assassinations, thievery, hacking, and almost anything in between.
At the moment I'm trying to figure out exactly how violent to make this story (since a part of me thinks maybe they should just be thieving hackers, but another part of me just can't let go of my little serial killers. ^^;;); and also whether or not to just make this an unusual little slice-of-life or have a serious dark, good and evil, action story. There are so many possibilities and I cannot make my mind up as of yet.

Jarea
My most normal story, normal people with mostly realistic problems. Meant to be pretty much a cute casual, sometimes serious, slice-of-life story with a dash of school, love, and friendship.
Apanea
Set in the same world as Jarea & SHIJOU, but in the past.
When you're young it's hard to understand, to see, the problem of slavery.
To you, your slave is your best friend, your guardian, not a lesser creature.
But to him, it's not so hard to understand, it's very easy to see.
With the years it's not just you who grows, but his feelings of hatred and resentment towards you and all you represent. Gone is childhood friendship, in it's place is a note goodbye as he joins the rebellion and plots a reversal of fates.
When you're young it's hard to understand, to see, the problem of slavery.

In a land of magic there's a traveling carnival.
When it leaves, rumor has it it's not just the carnival with it's rides and colorful tents that go away, but rather yet another child goes missing.
Ask the ringmaster and he will tell you he doesn't know of what you speak, but if you pay attention you'll see the young magician with his knowing smile and the little twin acrobats giggling at your silly questions.
You don't realize the missing children are all around you, but they weren't taken, why not at all! They chose to leave their former lives of torment.

An adventure may start out as a quest for the prize at the end, but the real adventure is everything that happens between the start and the finish.

Main Story Bryilin just wants to be normal, but when you're a vampire it's not very easy. So when his best friend hears tales of a cure to vampirism; he can't help, but be hopeful... and so begins the adventure of a lifetime.
Side Story Shin Ri just wants to be different, she'd give her soul to be a creature of the night - a vampire. On the other hand, Her sister Lin thinks this is a terrible idea. Yet, she joins Shin Ri on her quest to become a vampire anyway, if not solely to thwart her plans and convince her to just go home before they both get killed.

About the website
After having spent a lot of time on TinierMe and seeing several people with OC sites that had refs and info about the characters they wanted art of, I decided to do the same. so I created this sub-domain to act as a little database for my original characters.The current layout is the 3rd version of this site, was made by me using GIMP and features some beautiful textures from Shabby Princess, ROSEBEIN, & planets-bend-between-us. The fonts used are Garamond & Euphorigenic. Thanks to lokeshdhakar for the lightbox scrip and to gyapo for the tutorials that taught me some of the nice CSS effects I'm using.
